Cardiac Connections is an annual, educational weekend event held by HeartCare Partners. Historically, we have held the event in sunny Noosa, situated on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast.

The aim of Cardiac Connections is to provide our referrers with new and cutting edge information in the areas of cardiovascular disease and sleep. It's also a great way to meet our cardiologists and sleep doctors, learn important information regarding patient management and of course, relax with family.
